I don't know if its my modem or if it is the receiver but it will freeze for a minute or two sometimes, last night and this morning it was scrambled for a long time. Is anyone else having the same issues?

Everyone else is having problems not just cnx.Some getting better and some not.Reports are that bev was working allot better than dn on most receivers getting bev.You may want to put a dish up for that bird.

Please don't do anything to your receiver like a factory default or reloading any files.The problem more than likely is not on your end.

How do I set up for Bev?

do you have an extra dish ? point it at satellite 91 nimiq, bev out of Canada. your dish birds are 110 & 119. so turn your dish or get another dish at 91 bird.a satellite meter would nelp or look at your settings when aligning bird.

What type of dish/lnb are you using for 110 and 119?So we may tell what diseqc switch you may need.

are you freezing now,right now there is very little
Also server was down
One thing that sometimes helps isto power off modem router and cnx then power back up in that order
Also if you continue to have freezing it is sometimes caused by your isp
Run pingtest.net on your isp and check for packet loss

to advise you correctly we need to know what lnb types you are using presently
