The file is working fine.PLEASE tell us what sats you are pointed at.Give us the names of the sat or sats like 82,91,110,119 etc... so we know for sure your on right sats.Let us know.

Yes the Coolsat 4000 is a little out dated but there is no need to change it as it should be working.

Try this it should help:

Do a factory reset using your remote control then load a factory file. Then load the last fix, setup the dish settings and scan the satellites. Good luck and happy holidays.

It is old but use it for as long as you can. It was a pleasant surprise that CS coders were able to write codes for CS 4000 as it was down for a long time. Do the steps suggested above and you should be back up, make sure your ports are set up right. Happy holidays.
