I,m getting 81-83 % on 110
and 77 on 119
I dont know if the LNB (says DN on it) i have is the problem or my aim using my GPS compass to aim at true or the setup on my cs7k

Sounds like you are doing a good job, just fine tune the dish a little and you should be good to go.

These are % for Quality or Signal ? Your Quality is more important then Signal. Old DN LNB should work just fine. You just have to play around a bit with your dish.
