i am really upset with the service.
I have paid for thre lifetime service, and wasn`t able to get files for the coolsat 7000, it shows for 5 minutes and freezes up for 5-10 minutes.
I am really disappointed in the service.

we don't make the fixes the coders do... all we do is post the new fixes as we get them and help people out when they are having issues with there boxes!!!

Sorry bud but we can not post the files until the coders are finished. As soon as the new files are finished we will post it.

I think our service is the best, if we don't have the file nobody else will. Coolsat coders got some legal issues right now so the support is not as good as it was. Maybe time to look in to different brand of receivers, something like nfusion they are up 95% of the time.

Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service but as mentioned already it's not us that write the codes, it's the coders and once they are done we test and post new fixes. CS support has been fairly poor lately and we do our best to keep our members informed as much as we can.
