I haven't heard anything bad about them so far but it might be a little early to tell they just released R-Link and files a week ago.

Why did they start with older units?And do these dongle sales have anything to do with cs making a come back in new receiver sales?

My guess would be the reason they are supporting 5k and 6k is probably they see biggest market sales for those 2 models as lot of them were sold in the past and R-Link doesn't really cares about selling CS receivers they want dongle sales.I don't think very many CS's would be sold even if they supported newer units, why spend money on a new CS and dongle from a company that was struggling with N2 and made no attempt to work on N3 fix.The way i see it it would be a miracle if CS was to come back as a major player in fta but then again miracles do happen every now and then.

Tried the posting you gave for purchase of the R-Link that you listed and it is not a working site, any sugestions? Also how long before you will have what I call proper hook-up and instalation for "Dummies" posted? As a lot of us are in dire need of an expert explaining it to us. I have a Coolsat 5000 and want to get back into service ASP.
