Are you referring to R-Link loader that is used for new R-Link dongle used with Coolsat 5000/6000 ? If so this is the loader needed >>> The R-Link (R-10) Loader And if you are asking about CS loader CS 5000&6000 uses this loader >>> Coolsat 6000 Legacy Loader - Version 2.6 and CS 7100 uses USB stick to load files.
