Hi there is a problem that ive been having with the new files there is a black sceen and nothing written on it when i go on the tv after doing EVERYTHING for it to work but nothing helps, ive factory restet, autoroll off, blind scan, checked the wires, sound works on 1 channel so there's signal, default keys, i dunno wut els to do plz help!

After write is complete reciever will reboot with No Channel List.
English ( OK on remote)
Antenna Setup settings should still be there.
Blindscan first Sat (EX. ECHO 7), after channels come in Exit out to Picture.
" Reboot Reciever ".
Put in Antenna Setup settings for second SAT (EX.ECHO 8,10).
Blindscan second Sat, after channels come in Exit out to Picture.
Should be good to go..

If that fails try the following.

Push Menu on remote.
System Reset ( 0000 ).
After reciever reboots to ON.
Put in Antenna Setup settings for first SAT (EX. ECHO 7).
Blindscan first Sat, after channels come in Exit out to Picture.
" Reboot Reciever ".
Put in Antenna Setup settings for second SAT (EX. ECHO 8,10).

Blindscan second Sat, after channels come in Exit out to Picture.

I tried that and it didn't work there is still a black sceen. Could it be because of the new puff file? I have 2 boxes pansat 2500 and they're both like that!

Try downloading the file again from the our Files Section and load it into your receiver. Follow the steps mentioned above. Let us know if you need more assistance.
