these new i hub files that are comming out, are they trying to ad channels
or fix freezing or both. Are they going to add all local channels eventualy
or is this thing of the past

They are trying to do both fix freezing and ad new channels. The thing with locals and IKS/ Card sharing is that you will only receive locals for the area where the person that is paying for subscription lives. They might ad some more locals eventually but i doubt you will get all local channels unless there is a N3 stand alone fix, which i am sure will be available within next few weeks.
