CW is free to air on c-band with 6 ft dish 89.0 West

Hummm maybe I should be a little more specific, I would like to watch smallville which comes on Friday nights and the channel it is on is CW. I probably could watch it on line but what a waste of my time.
I had a bud at one time but it is long dead now.
