There is not much you can really do as long you have the latest file loaded. Some freezing is normal in IKS worlds nothing on your end.

Try switching to static and change dns ip to 4.2.2.1,4.2.2.2,4.2.2.3 or 8.8.8.8 one at a time to find one that works.Make sure to click apply after changes. It may stop freezing a little.

Have your receiver on cnl 120,121,200 or 300.These are good strong cnls to set on.Look for network adapter connect message.

When you turn your receiver off in the back and then turn it on.Look at your tv screen when receiver boots up.There will be a box pop up that shows"network adapter connect".This will let you know you are connected to the internet.You will still get this message even if the server is down and your sv will not work.
