 SV IKS will be no more All will see the new SV/KKS
SV IKS will be no more All will see the new SV/KKS I Hub will need to be updated to 1.8 + new bin for the receiver. 90-95% all open HD Porn Internationals PPV Locals So before the questions start up on this post about what is KKS and what will I need, I have posted a little info below about what is to be done to get up and running if this all goes as planned. No date for sure when this will be released, just that it is coming and it could be today or who knows when, but word out is very soon. Nfusion changed the name of their service from IKS to SUNS......Neosat changed their service from IKS to HIKS.....its all card sharing these guys just give it different names because they use upgraded servers to deliver the "IKS".....what KKS stands for is irrelevant, all that matters is that it delivers...... As for kks and what it all means, is n3 defeated....if it were defeated, they wouldnt be going kks, it would be a cardless fix.... What is next, below gives you a look at what is said to be needed to upgrade. 1. IKS = Internet Key Sharing. KKS is SonicViews name for their version of IKS. 2. A new bin will be needed on the receiver 3. A firmware update will be needed on the iHub 4. No new hardware will be required. I just bought the SV I-Hub. So does that mean it is no good? I received the I-Hub in the mail yesterday. I attempted to install and got nothing. I attempted to log-in to Sonicview FTA IKS dot com and and google told me "the link appears broken"? Do I need a new bin file to load to the STB for it to read the I-hub? If so where do I get it?

SV camp promising more but in the end deliver nothing expect emtpy promises for last six months.Time will tell i guess. Hope it is true as my SV reciever and ihub have been in the closet for some time now. Happy Testing All |

max67 not sure why you would even say that, as sonicview has brought out the hub for IKS and while not flawless, nothing in this hobby ever is, if you want flawless the only way is to subscribe to a provider. Sonicview is up so not sure why yours is in the closet. Quote:

It is true that SV hasn't been performing well since the N3 switch was made but this is their attempt to get back on top again.It's a simple update from version 1.4 to version 1.8 that should make a big difference. Time will tell i guess.

I bought Kbox and Nufusion and they have been up 98% off the time after frustration from the SV camp. SV worked fine in the being some 5 months back or so. Then things fell apart big time. They told us everything we wanted to here for months on end, but no stable TV period for that matter know TV at all. . The SV camp for the last 5 months have been stating that they will have fixed there freezing, black outs and every other problem you can think off and so on with no success. Don’t get mad at me look at the discussion on SV for last 5 month with 10 k plus members. I hope they do solve their problems but one has to look back before you can move forward and history has showed us that they cannot be trusted. Time will tell just like the last 5 months have. Hope I am wrong guys just tell it like it is. I don’t want to offend nobody but everybody wants their best bang for their buck and SV camp is not it at present. Happy testing |
