Tran to comply with Subpoena Request No. 15 and produce documents sufficient to identify each person that purchased or otherwise acquired a Viewsat receiver from Satellite Dish Expert or New Era Electronics during the period of January 1, 2004 to present date, and for such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper. this is the last paragraph on the document. if i read this correct only those whom did business with said company are at risk.we are not an affiliate of said company.
