Default Want a new FTA Receiver

Hello I purchased I receiver sonicview 360 to replace my old sonicview 1000pvr I have to have to said up to now I'm having trouble with it the hard drive is still freezing I'm just frustrated. So I' back in the market looking for another receiver. I'm looking at the captiveworks 4000 because I may be able to justify the cost by replacing my PC along. Can somebody advise about that idea. I do not know anything about CaptiveWork 4000. If I can get any review about it, I will appreciate.

Thanks

Captiveworks 4000 is a nice receiver but has no public support so you would be wasting your money buying it. SV 360 has it's up's and down's but so do all other IKS receivers, you are gonna have some freezing and downtime no matter what receiver you buy.

Default what to buy

my choise would be "conaxsat",has been a good receiver for some time now. with the iks dongle added to its ability it has worked even longer. the receiver used to have its bin files before the others, before nag. 3. Has good server that the other clients use today.it has several models. the nano 2 is their latest box. it has its dongle internally.the older duo and trio, you will have to buy the dongle separately.then there are other std's on the market.sonicview, viewsat, nfusi on,limesat-ilink,satzen,kbox & dream box.some boxes have current fixes, some are discontinued. i would say look into all and make your choice. yes you will have to have high speed internet.good luck testing.always good to have more than one.
