I just got a nano2, what do I need to make it work?

You are welcome pica68, Nano 2 is a fairly new receiver and we don't have a lot of info about it but we will be adding some more in the near future.

Is there any new factory update on NANO2. I had it working and now I can't get anything.... any suggestions?

At the time of this reply the Nano 2 iks server is down.This could be your problem.

pica68 I would have to say Nfusion at this time, because they have been around a lot longer with the IKS and have more of the bugs worked out at this time. If you want non hd then go with the Nfusion Solaris because the Nfusion Phoenix has no usb ports. If you want hd go with the Nfusion Nuvenio HD do not get just the Nfusion HD it seems to have a problems in dish settings, so make sure it is a Nuvenio. With the Nfusion all you need is your dish the internet and a router and a cat 5 cable. Sonicview is a good receiver but new to iks and all the bugs are not worked out yet, you also have to buy the ihub along with the receiver. There is kbox, which also also iks and needs the hub and there is cnx that is also iks and needs the hub as well, but cnx nano 2 has hub already built in, but I believe they are down on the server and new to iks as well. Kbox may have the most channels available running iks.

You have a great receiver. CNX has very good support and user friendly receivers. All IKS receivers have down time so i wouldn't look into spending any more money. It's testing, wouldn't be fun if receivers were up all the time
