Default some help needed

I have a new NFusion Solaris. How do I locate the IP address of the Solaris? I have been able to get channels 100 and 101 and the EPG but no other channels come in. Thanks

Default Few questions

go into menu and network setting and see if you have ip address there. You have cat 5 cable running from back of receiver to your router right?

Default Check these settings out too

rednek if you have the latest software on your receiver and your cat 5 cable ran out of the back of receiver to router then you can Select DHCP in your Network information. Your router will assign an IP address for your STB. You have to turn your STB and router off and then turn it back on again for it to assign your IP address. You don't need Proxy on or do anything in proxy setup. Once you have done this go into your menu on your receiver and go to network setting and see if you have ip address and all other fields marked. Also check these settings.
go into menu
system settings
user settings
set up your primary channel to bell express
local on
state yours
city yours
long channel name off
epg 3 day
EMUL OFF
Network Connection ON
Auto Update Check ON
Fan ON

Also go in and set you time as well.

Let us know
