I have donate for one year to NEX and still I am not allowed to register ate their site
One question is WHAT IS THE COLOR OF THE SKY, my answer is Blue and it say that it is incorrect so it always kick you off while trying to register.
I used all the color one at a time to answer their question that is what is the color of the sky.

Thats the first problem

ONLY 1 HD MOVIE CHANNEL IS UP ALL OTHERS ARE DOWN.

Now where do I post these queston when you are not allowed to registed at their site dispite the fact I a=have donated for 1 year

I,am sorry you are having trouble and i hope you get up and running soon,but this is what i was saying in my post about the price being to high for what you get.One person said if i wanted tv without problems hook up to cable but he was missing what i was trying to say,i know that is only testing and if we have it for 6 months it paid for it self and that would be true but what if we dont and the site goes down tomarrow and you are out 140 and there is no one to call,i think they should have a lower price and get a bunch of donations rather then have a high price and get a couple of donations,i am sure people would rather lose 50 than 140.good luck

Dont worry you will get code soon I got it after 4 days they care of you. I think they are busy with lots of request so it takes a little bit longer to get code after getting code you would be happy hopefully. Nexis is pretty stable here.

I got a pm from Vick last night and responded when I signed on this morning.
I understand he's having issues getting into the home site so I have offered to set him up myself.
We really do care what you think and we really do want everyone to be as happy as we can make you.
The trial was tough on us as well as we had way more users than we ever expected due to the other servers from other providers being down or offline.
The paid SD servers are rock solid but the HD servers continue to suffer some issues.Nex is working very hard in all areas to return service back to it's normal operating mode.

Thanks for the update. It's only been a day since I sent my donation for the combo pack and confirmation message to them.

Vick, I have had the same problem with Nexkis trying to get on their web page.

I finally had to send sp0iler an pm and he came to the rescue. Not sure why the web staff there don't respond, but I'd say we are luck for sp0iler to be around. I also hope they get things going the way they were!

When donating for the combo pack do we get to be able to log onto the website also without buying a seperate donating.I just donated last night so will probably hearing from them in the next few days.
