Good morning I have a cnx nano 2 and have downloaded the file and put it on my memory stick , but when I install the file , there's no file showing ?


This memory stick works fine for everything except transfering the CNX nano file, it just doesn't show the file. ( I've pull out and reinstalled the memory stick over and over nad it still doesn't show .

Has anyone elso had this problem, maybe plan B is using the Null cable to do the transferring of the files. HELP !!!!!! Thanks

Clean out your stick and reformat and reload file.If you know the file is on the stick.Remove it from the receiver and plug it back may take a couple of times but should work.If not try a hard boot then try again or try another memory stick.
