First, I hope I am writing in correct section, I still am not sure, anyway ;;;;;; I have a nano premium, I downloaded the new fix, put the usb in the computer then right click , then I see extract here and othe stuff , and that is as far as I get, I do not really know where to extract it to, if I see the usb on screen I can extract it there, I can barely explain, please help me get my box up and running; I am a senior citizen but I not giving up; Thanks in advance;.

how you extract a file or unzip.....c/p

first off click on the file you need then save it to ur desktop
then right click the file and then you should see extract file,,or unzip file,,so click it and then it should put the extracted file on ur desktop

then right click the extracted file and send it to ur Thumb drive stick
then you install it into ur box..........
