would anybody recomend private server? are they reliable with respect to the chanels and service? thaks

better thasn what nf is offering now.lol The one main issue with nfps and nf is that there is no epg
other than that it is like the others

i use a private server and its great i'll never go back to a public one and as for the epg i just make sure i leave my unit on channel 239 when i'm not watching it and always have 2-3 days of epg

I guess if the private servers get enough money to make them happy.They will stay up instead of high tailing and running.But I can see that day coming IMO.For now I will stick with the manufactures free support teams.

I respect whoever that pay for "private server" to watch TV ,as for me I just get the satisfaction of getting that Box; and go through all the hassle to make it run ,with knowledge and the help of others that enjoy this hobby...than just sit and watch TV; is kind of boring at some point ,plus I save a tons of money and at the same time I enjoy it..!!

give some light on this subject : your ip address is shared with a private server supplier . they are, how do i say this--stealing the signal and charging you for access to their feed.they only support certain receivers. when they go down you go down with service and support.they lose channels and gain channels and at the same time pay for channels to air.the server is locating in the usa. there is down time to that can and does happen.yes, if your receiver is one that is supported and the only way to make your receive programing is to go with private ,then that is your choice. it's your money.sounds like i am against it but,i have manufacture's public support iks service.

Private server is not bad at all for a little bit of money your get alot of channel you do not get on public server testing is great but watching is better when you want to see something it is a hobby but you have to spend some thing to I have azbox sonic view viewsa t cnx nano2 leatron direct tv latino captive work and smartbox it is fun being on different side reading and learning
