Alright, so after reading that court doc, what evidence is there? No evidence is stated, and they wanted this kept "Hush Hush," so that Sonicview wouldn't be able to destroy evidence, which DIK thinks they have...

How can a company be liable if a hacker takes a product and uses it in a matter it wasn't designed for? Why doesn't the movie industry sue Sony, since many pirates use Sony video cameras to bootleg Hollywood films in theaters? You get the picture.

It's all over the net, i went on official lawsuit site and it's posted there. So this thing is for real no bs but i still posted it in rumors section. My understanding is that DN isn't willing to pay big bucks for this case so most likely they won't be able to shut down SV.

Default This is posted on sonicview website

We do not provide or condone the use of third party software. Using thiird party software may be illegal and void product warrantee. Do not email or call asking about DN, DTV, etc. Our satellite receivers are designed and intended for 100% legal use only. We will refuse sale to anyone whom we believe intends to use our product illegally or sell our product for illegal use.

They provide info on IHUB for anything but FTA i think they will win for sure
