I down loaded the new fix and powered off and still wait for update. Did I do something wrong or are they down already???

Default sonic view 1000
Yes I did down load that fix. Any other suggestions I have not been able to gat any thing on my TV since Sept 14 or so the fix on the 15 did not work either.
