lost satellite sonicview no channels?

I think there may have been a tp change or something but I notice I'm missing alot of channels as well. Hang tight. Should have some answers soon I hope.

Yes there was some tp's changes.Cnls on tp 12253 were moved.Factory default receiver and rescan.

I did a factory reset and rescanned and still noticed some channels are missing. Any ideas?

? Are you asking how to reset the receiver or are you asking me if I need to know how to reset the receiver. If it is the latter then you will notice I said I reset it and rescanned so therefore I already know how to reset the receiver. If you are asking how t o reset a receiver I would suggest you hit your menu button and look for it under one of the options.
