Sonicview 360 premier w/wizhub

svlan 28 bin loaded, internet connected to Akai Private(member), only viewing channel 101, with a hard reboot I do get "network adapter connected" msg. go to channel 200 & wait 10 min. but channels do not unlock, only receive channel 101.

Need help if any available. thanks

try channel 106 and see if that comes in. Try a hard reboot if it doesn't

Tried channel 106 with same result. no channels came in. did hard reboot with no success. I have tried with Akai Private(member) & the free public with no success.

Rescan your channels.Go into network settings and switch back and forth on public and private server.Exit and save on the one you want to use.Go to channel 200 and let set .It will come in eventally.

Double check your settings, most likely you didn't enter everything correctly in network settings.When done tune into channel 200 and see if picture comes in,if not do a hard boot and check channel 200 again.

I have tried all suggestions from above. nothing has worked. i have double checked each setting. did hard reboot. rescan channels, etc.
still only getting 101....

Make sure your on dhcp not static in receiver network settings and you have internet ip's populated.Are you getting a "connected" status on the akai japan public or japan private servers?I don't mean the network adapter connect message.

I am on DCHP & ips are populated. i get connect on japan private & public free server & private member server using membership code. I get fail on akai japan public server using the wizhub 16 digit code.
Ikim, you may remember that we talked on the phone in aug/sept about this same setup using the wireless repeater for internet service at the sonicview.
we went over all settings & came to the conclusion that all settings were correct & that I was not getting internet service at the sonicview. I am now getting internet service & the connect msg on 3 of 4 services.(2 free services & 1 paid member). at that time you verified the codes for wizhub & akai paid member.
