If your quality went to 0% just like that it has something to do with your connection. Check the cables connecting your LNB's to your DiSEqC switch and also the cable from the switch to your STB. You probably have a loose connection somewhere.

I checked the cable connections and both check good no switch inline. Can the signal be ok with a break in the cable{just to note the cable is 4 days old}

I realize it's a new set up and it shouldn't be your cable but most likely it is. It has to be the cable or LNB but it's rare that a LNB would give up. You can try connecting your STB directly to your LNB using a short cable to make sure your LNB is working properly.

it has been my misfortune with cables to learn that it just takes one small nick in the cable to cause you to lose your signal strength or quality. Even the Discq switch if one port blows it will effect all ports. I would start with the switch since it's the cheapest place to start. Than work your way to the cables and finally the LNBs.

Do you have any signal % ? Can you post your dish settings? Maybe your dish moved.

Sounds like your dish settings are fine. You can try to turn off the LNB power for few seconds and then turn it back on. It that did not help try to change the LNB type. Any chance that the dish moved or something is in front of it?

Yes that is rare, most of the time the LNB can go for years. Do you have any other receiver that you can use to test the signal? How about sat 119 ? Do you get that?
