 Sonicview 4000 not working
My sonicview 4000 is not working with Jan 09 fix from last one week. It was working before fine. Based on other title discussion, I downloaded the factory file and then reloaded the Jan 09 fix and it still does not work. i am not getting any signal or strength. Please help me I am without TV.

did you reset ur settings such as sat 119 should be on port 1 and sat 110 should be port 2 lnb ON lnb type OCS-DP lnb frequency 11250 transponder for 119 is is 12239 (and for sat 110 is 12224) 22khz off search option ALL network search ON let us know if this helped!!! P.S. my Sonicview 4000 is running!!!

Yes, I did reset both Sat 110 and 119
|

unplug all connection from rear and re-connection everything back again and steup your anattena see if you have any signal. let us know how you make out.

If you don't have any signal and quality it's probably your connection from LNB's to your Diseqc Switch or from your switch to the receiver. Check all your cables you probably have a loose connection somewhere or it's possible that your dish moved.

I disconnected all the cable and re-connect. I got the signal and quality back scan the SAT and watch the TV yesterday. I come back today and don't see any signal or quality for any SAT. I try to disconnect and re-connect but this time I didn't get the signal and quality. Please tell me what is wrong with my system? |

| try a hard reboot with the switch on the back of ur box,,,shut off for a minute and turn back on see if that helps reset

Sounds like a bad or loose connection to me. If it's possible the best thing for you to do is to hook up Fta receiver directly to your LNB's one at the time and see what is your Signal and Quality %. If it shows good percentage, one of your cables is bad or loose. Sometimes a switch gives up but that's very rare.
