my sv 4000 does not work,no picture ,and it said scramble channel,i have done a factoy reset,then do a system clean,then run the 01/08/09 file,i did a hard boot after every file,ihave good reception on preview channels,i have good signal strength, ,also i have epg on most channel , but no picture ,help please

Is your auto roll set to "ON" ?

Are you trying to watch bell or dish ?

It should be working.

Can you please try this steps again:

• Do a factory reset using your remote control.
• Load the factory file : http://www.ftaprofessionals.tv/sonicview-4000-factory-files/68-sonicview-sv-4000-factory-firmware.html
• Reboot the receiver.
• Load the fix file: http://www.ftaprofessionals.tv/sonicview-4000-fta-fix-files/1760-sonicview-4000-fix-jan-08-2009-a.html
• Unzip the file before loading.
• Setup the dish settings.
• Scan the satellites for channels.
• Set auto roll to "ON" and go to channel 200 ( CNN ) and wait for the keys to roll ( it can take up to 15 min )
• Watch TV
