is this the end for the great stuff FTA provides? is N3 a new undefeatable monster?

No N3 is new encryption that DN is using to stop satellite piracy. We are going to have some down time that is for sure but how long is it going to be before a fix for N3 nobody knows at this time. There is other option out there and we will keep you guys updated on any changes.

Card sharing would be other option, it wouldn't give you PPV and Adult channels but everything else would be open. There is few other things out there besides IKS receivers but they are still very new and we are going to do some more research before we point anyone in the wrong direction.
