Try a hard boot OF and ON via rear switch.

Default Did you try to load the telefonica file on a regular 360 primere

Mine did that when I tried to load the telefonica file in it, that file is not compatible if you did load it you must force back the load of the 175 file

Default SonicView SV-360 Elite - Fixing Screen Roll from Remote (NTSC/PAL)

Option 1

If you somehow switched your NTSC/PAL setting and your screen is rolling or black here's how you can fix it from your remote. Try this fix...this involves using the Menu(MENU), Vol. up(RIGHT),Vol. down(LEFT), Channel Up(UP), Channel Down(DOWN), Ok (OK) and Exit(EXIT) buttons.

Press MENU then DOWN then RIGHT then DOWN, then OK, then UP.
This will get you to the place where you can change NTSC/PAL setting.

Then press either LEFT or RIGHT (just one). This is where you are scrolling through the different NTSC/PAL options.

Or, there is option 2

Press the yellow button, then arrow up^ once, now toggle left < or right>

If you are NOT using amazonas (61W) for Spanish language programming then there is NOT a need to use Telefonica Updates. The previous ROM non-Telifonica file works fine. Unless you are in the area of South America , you are out of 61W's footprint to benefit from this release.
Telefonica files when loaded cause the video to turn to PAL automatically and can NOT be changed back unless you reload the factory file, system clean file, and then latest non-telefonica file.
