Default can't pick up Echo 7 sv4000

When I try to locate sat 119 it comes in as 110 I don't know how to fix it. This is a sonicview 4000 and I even bought a new dish and it still does the same thing.

do you have your ports set correctly? like sat 119 should be on port 1 and sat 110 on port 2 and it sounds like you need to adjust ur dish,, 119 is a little harder to find as to it has a weaker signal so as ur standing behind ur dish sat 119 should be on ur left and when 119 is setr then you should automaticly get sat 110 ,,,,where did you get ur setting from for ur dish? are they correct? let us know ur outcome!!
