Zero Gravity,

I am new to this whole deal. How do i activate videos and pix to learn about this? I have a premiere 360 and i have a dish satilite (dual). These are the problems im having:

1. It freezes all the time.
2. cant get all the channells listed and when I do it stays on for a while and then says no service, channels scrambled.
3. I think im a vip subscription, when i tri to start a thread it says i am not a vip.

I went to the fta instructions for the premiere but with no success. what am i doing wrong

Which file are you using? You should be using this file : Sonicview 360 Premier Fix Jan.08.2009

How is your signal quality? It should be over 85% or you may have freezing problems.

I have not used a fix file as of yet. My latest fte upload has been the 3/21/09and I also used the syscleanfile which helped me alot when i had horizonal problems, however i do get noises occasionally and it freezes up.

This is exactly what i did. I xtract file in folder and copied to flash drive. When I upload the fix file i have my reciever on and set it to autoroll, hit the usb button, choose front usb and wait 15 min. correct? Or is there another button i us to activate fix file?

Mar.20.2009 file is for Telefonica, if you are only watching DN 110&119 you don't need that file. You can do factory reset again load system clean file then the Jan.08.2009 fix and you should be fine.
