I have my iks hooked up and the TMC channel is working----but the whole display menu and shows are black and white. Is this how it works or is mine messed up?

Is that the only channel that is black&white or all of them are.If that's the case your settings are probably wrong, either on your TV or your receiver.

Thanks for the help! I tried to do the suggested option of pushing the yellow button and then up and then left----I found this on another site. They said that sometimes the IKS Setup changes the settings from NTSC to PAL. However, I couldn't get it to change back. So I did this:
Hard Reboot, Factory Reset, Clean File and then the new update. Everything is working now, except that now the channels are now up for very long.

Good job, glad to hear that. That is the first step anybody should do, factory reset, load factory file and the latest fix.Works most of the time, good to hear you are back in business
