I see there's a new update for the SV HD8000. Is this for everyone with the 8000? We have the 8psk module but since this N3 conversion the only way we've been able to see any channels is when we use the internal module. Does this fix do anything for that?

do you have an Ihub?

if not you will not get any more channels, they have all been moved to nagra3...so the only way to get TV back is to order a Ihub from Sonicview or go to an FTA store,,fleabay there like 89 dollars I believe,,then you hook to ur router and boom TV again... its just like an IKS system (Internet Key Sharing) comes down to it you would be running off from some ones paid subscription,,and we all share this card...

it says its an update fot sat82 wich is bev and they added more channels

so if ur on charlie? i wouldnt think that this fix isnt any good for charlie.

but it wouldnt hurt ur box...it looks like its only for BEV Tho.

I'm on charlie. Last fix was dated 6/10/09...it was the dongle fix. I loaded the 6/25 fix and it seemed to mess up my channels. For example, NASA isn't on the channel it's supposed to be on, it's on somewhere else so it makes it impossible to find anything.

you should be getting quite a few working channels on charlie

and bev has alot of working channels also

are you sure you didnt put in A Telefonica? them fixes are for south only

not to sure on the settup on the 8000 but I have 360's should be kinda similar

i will look around see if i can find a setup, so i can see what it looks like.
