Using Sonic 360 Premiere. We have it all hooked up.

Problem #1. Echo 8 gets great signal and quality on 12224. Echo 7 gets great signal but no quality - when I change Echo 7 to 12239 quality jumps to perfect - after scan I save. then exit - when I go back to view settings echo 7 has no quality and shows 12224 (even though I did save).

Problem #2. We have it set for DHCP - when I go to try to find a channel - nothing comes in - and the menu after times says "No service or scrambled" - I can see channel 100 just fine and can also see the NASA channel just fine - but nothing else is coming in. My hub serial number is correct - We used a loop just to make sure the letters/digits were copied correctly.

Any help would be great - we have been struggling for a week and we are at our wits end.

Also after you load the new fix try this

It may be needed to reset your providers router to pickup the IP change for the ihub .

heres the way to make that happen

if your down try this

make sure DNS is on YES

remove Ihub from sv
and from cat5 cable
power off sv
wait 5 secs
power on sv
make sure you have pic on 100
put dongle in
wait for Ihub INI screen
than go to 200

this should allow the ip change to be updated

I tried exactly what you said - I got 100 just fine - yet still seeing scrambled message. Any other options/ideas?

yes when you go into settings and setup ur sats and as far as echo 7 once you put it in as tp 12239 it comes with quality and then hit save ,,,sure next time you bring it up again then it will say 12224 but you saved it to be 12239 so just save and leave alone..here some settings for you to look at and make sure you have the rite settings



Below is what most have:
Menu===>Installation then 0000 or 0937 or 2668 or 3570 then antenna setup then side arrow to ECHOSTAR 7=119W.then do the same for ECHOSTAR 8,10=110W,and NIMIQ 1,3=91.0W. (only if using 91)
