Default iHub disappeared!

Help! as you know, i have an sv8000hd with the ihub. well, just this morning i wasnt getting any channels with it so i checked in the menu to see if i had an ip address and sure enough i did and it had been a while since i turned the reciever off and back on so i went ahead and did that. when it came back on, the ihub wasnt listed in the menu option anymore. i have the june 30th update for the ihub. i turned off the machine, unplugged the hub and turned it back on. let it boot up fully and turned it back off. plugged the hub back in and turned the reciever back on and still nothing. i installed the june 26th update for the ihub in and it didnt help so i went back to the june 30th update. i have the hub hardwired into my router via cat 5 ethernet cable. what has happened? by the way, i didnt do any sorta network download anything. let me know if you need more info! thanks in advanced for any help at all

Try a factory default and load the 30th fix just to be safe.Probably doesn't matter and set everything backup.Make sure you have all your settings sort by SID options ON and your time set.You should get the IP CONFIG back.Let us know.

Do not do the Network Download at this time.

Just out of curiosity, do you have the 8psk module (external A-1)? If so, every time we do the hard boot, we have to go into the menu under external module and switch to the internal module. If we don't do that, we don't get any channels.

lol crazy! when you open menu, you have the 4 options to choose from (install > settings > usb > misc.>) the install menu is where the ihub is located. theres normally 6 options to choose from (dish setting > dtv scan > channel edit > external module > factory reset > ihub settings) the ihub settings option isnt even in the list anymore.

oh i do have the a-1 external 8psk module as far as i know my box is completely configured the way it should be.

My SV 360E did not have IP Config option til I loaded the first ihub fix.Its not going to hurt anything if you default first and then load latest factory file. Then 30th fix and then go to setup.

ok i think something might have fried during the reboot. loaded the absolute bare minimum factory default bin. clean install, turned off and turned back on. loaded the may 29th ihub release bin. turned off turned back on and no ihub yet. loaded june 30th bin. turned off, unplugged for 5 minutes, turned back on and still the same thing.. no ihub option
