I droped the www. off and changed SVFTAIKS.COM to lower case and then clicked apply. It made no difference. I also tryed to update my router firmware as suggested by XXchopsxx by I keep getting a failure pop up. My current version is v1.05.0, June 28 2005. I have disconnected the ethernet cable at the I hub and then ran it to my pc to see if the internet works on the router port and it is fine. I have now reconnected that cable back to the I hub.

Default Can not remember if you have had your hub up and working at once or not?

fitterit take a look at this and see if you can do these steps: Going to look into that version info and get back to ya

This assumes that you have a operating DSL internet, and the hub is connected to the receiver and internet. The receiver has the current iHub software (.rom) installed. The iHub has been working, but it is no longer. This is what you need to do.
First with all power off, connect the hub to the receiver and internet connection.
Power up in sequence, the internet (modem and router), then the receiver.
After the receiver boots, then with remote goto Menu - Installation - IP Config
The header should say "User options"
Setup should match this post; Sonicview iHUB Configuration and Set-Up Instructions
Setting type DHCP - USE DNS YES - Domain name svftaiks.com - Server port 1920 - PUT IN YOUR iHUB's SERIAL NUMBER BE CAREFUL THE LETTERS ARE VERY SMALL
Now just simply enter them and Go to "Apply", click "OK".
Once above is done; Go to

"Setting Type" field and change to "Static" (this will allow you to access these fields);
Change the "Local IP" field to all zeros (000.00.0.0)
Change the "Local port" field to all zeros (0000)
Change the "Subnet" field to all zeros (000.000.000.0)
Change the "Gateway" field to all zeros (000.000.0.0)
Go to "Apply", click "OK

Now go to "Setting Type" field and change to "Static"
Go to "Apply", click "OK
Exit out.
The receiver should now be receiving and decoding the channels that are currently listed in the iHub list.
If not receiving, then; Power up in sequence, the internet (modem and router), then the receiver.
After the receiver boots, then with remote goto Menu - Installation - IP Config
The header should say "User options"
The fields previously with zeros should now have digits in them, if so, the hub/receiver is talking to the internet, if not check your internet equipment, and recheck the iHub setup.

I have had this I hub for over 2 weeks now and It has never worked, I have cable not DSL And I think there is a misprint below, It say to change to static , enter all 0's in the fields, click apply and then go back and change to static again and click apply (I think they mean to change back to DHCP and then click apply) Anyway I have tryed all of this also, several times.

Default Few questions :)

fitterit I think I know who you are now, sent you a pm a while back when you first started posting problems, but never got a reply back from you. Do not think the static is a misprint, believe it allows for correct setting to be placed into the o area after it is done that way. Is your cable a standard 56k modem speed or do you have more speed than that?

Sorry about the pm, I never checked for one and I see that you did send me one. your right about clicking to staic so you have the ability to enter all 0's but I think after you have done that and clicked apply there would be no need to go back in and click static again because it has already been saved from the first time . I think they ment to say to go back in and change back to DHCP and click apply so that if the I HUB is working right , it will then auto update the router/IP settings. If you then go back in when the I HUB is working , all the fields that were zeroed out would now be populated. I have roadrunner cable internet service, I dont know the speed , but its fast.
