Post ohh ohhhh

I spose by chance that you wrote down the settings that you had b4 when it was running?

used the Wiztool and then put in settings in wiztool then clik on setting this saves ur settings,,then clik on upload and put in file iHub v 1.4

then close out and clik up the wiztool again and then clik search,,,then look in upper left hand corner and see if it say's version 1.4
and then report back here let me know what it says!

Default Sonicview 360 Premium

Hello all -

I am a newbie at this and just purchased a sonicview 360 P. I have read through this forum for several hours and tried the ideas and instructions that are provided. I do have an IP Config in the menu under Installation. I have connected the ihub to the receiver and complete the IP Config changes as instructed.

Setting type: DHCP
Use DNS: Yes
Domain Name: www.svftaisk.com
Server Port: 1920

I do not see a place to enter my Ihub serial number. I suspect this is my proplem.

I also performed a test to determine if I am connected to the server, but it appears I am not. When I change the IP config settings to Use DNS: No, the Domain Name changes to 0.0.0.0, which in reading in the form appears to mean I am not connected to the server.

Version I am currently running is:
Boot loader: 2.0
USB loader: 2.0
Main Software: 1.14

Any help you can provide would be very appreciated

Default ihub efforts continue

I successfully was able to get my ihub to load the v1.4 version of software. Now I am not sure where to go. The S# has been inputted correctly, I just don't see the ihub channels being loaded via the newtwork download function.

Any ideas, I feel like I am getting closer, but not sure what else to try?

Thanks

You do not get channels by downloading them via Network Download. At this time that option has not been used for any of the SV IKS receivers but it is there for future updates via the internet.

ok you now have imputed your serial numbers in ipconfig .where it says domain name it should read in capital letters SVFTAIKS.COM.where its says yes change that to no and these numbers should be imputed below there 77.93.75.89 then click ok and at the top it should read static. change that to dhcp and then change no back to yes and click ok. this sets your box to communicate with the server. any time you think you are not contected this is where you go to check. here is a post click here>>>Sonicview 360 Premier Ihub /have you set up your communiction device with your pc.have you set up satellite settings select the 110 & 119 birds and load them properly .then you need to load the right files contact us for more help. good luck.

Default Still trying

Thanks for the help so far! It has really helped. I believe my IP Config settings are where they need to be and all the correct files have been loaded. I can now "surf" through the various channels although 99% of them show "No Service or Scrambled" Interesting though on one channel if I remain on this channel for a period fo time about 3-5 min the channel becomes viewable for a period of time. I have not been able to duplicate this scenerio on any other channel as of yet.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
