Hello paul, the sonicview 1000 will not work at this time due to n3, you would need to either wait and see if they come out with something or upgrade your receiver to a sonicview 360e or 360p and get Ihub or get a nfusion. You may want to do a little reading on those  Quote:

hi there, does it matter or will i have to move my dish if i am on direct tv or any thing? or is this for any sat service? the only ay to make it work is over inter-net right thx again paul |

pablito your sonicview 1000 will not work for birds 110/119 due to n3, you can upgrade your dish or you can get another dish and lnbf for free to air ku channels and try for Galaxy 123.0W bird. Over the internet/IKS is the only way if you want 110/119/91. Yes you do have to move your dish, you cannot point to direct tv to recieve tv with fta receiver. Quote:

You would need a bigger dish in order to get 123W true fta sat that would work with your SV 1000. Here is a link with more info about that sat >>> When N3 Goes Into Efect
