Default I-Hub Question

What is the deal with I-Hub. Do any receivers still work off a USB memory stick download? Sorry if I am behind, but I have been away and not dealt with my FTA for 6 months. I have the 360Premier so what will I need to do to get it going?

The ihub is a Dongle/box used to connect your receiver from your serial port on the back of receiver to the internet.Without it you will not receive dn programing.Click on like below for more info on what a ihub/dongle is.

Default Next dumb question?

Where do I get the I-Hub/Dongle. I currently do not have a home phone line but I do have strictly DSL. There is a phone jack right at the receiver. Does this mean I just need to run a line from the phone jack to the Dongle or does it have to go through a modem and router?

1st for me to set you up with the files I need to know what receiver you have.2nd yes your receiver will run from modem/router with the cat5 ethernet cable.

My bad you have the Premier.Below is the latest fix to be loaded in receiver.

You will more than likely need to update Ihub to 1.9.Below is the wiznet tool and 1.9 file.

Most fta dealers sell ihubs, we don't sell it on our site.Look around and buy it from a dealer that gives you the best deal just make sure to purchase it from an authorized SV dealer. The go for around $ 60 US right now.

Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right.Love the ones who do not, just because you can.Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it.Kiss slowly.Forgive quickly.God never said life would be easy.He just promised it would be worth it.

You do not have to be crazy to be my friend, but it sure helps.................
