Check all connections.Turn your receiver off from the back.Then reset your router.Then boot up receiver.You can try older fixes down to the 257 11-25-09.The 263 should be working.

ur 360p should be up and running! i would just do a hardboot via switch on back of stb. and there is not to many working channels, so do some channel surfing...
