I don't have the wm ihub either and am not getting any channels today either. I wouldn't worry about it just yet. I do get the channels when they are up and running. The reason some people may be getting the channels and we aren't is because we have the older ihubs. If all your settings are correct then maybe the best thing to do is just wait and see. One time it took three days for me to start getting shows again.

menu settings set to sat 119 to port 1 and sat 110 to port 2.
The guide comes in no problem and the signal looks good but it still says "no service or scambled

I just bought my Ihub but it still must be the older model because it doesn't have a wm in the serial #

Did factory reset
reloaded bin
no wm in serial #

still getting :no service or scrambled"

What do I do next? I'm getting a full guide just no channels

Try channels in 300 range most other channels are still down.

You can also try this.Go into ipconfig and change to static and change dns ip to one of these leaving it on cnl 300 range like Pro said.Then click apply.Let us know.
