Question Sonicview 360 Premier help "no service or scambled"

I have a Sonicview 360 Premier Dongle and I have done all of the following steps:

1.Connected my receiver to tv.

2.Loaded this file first 245 for Premier posted on July 11 via USB,
let receiver reboot then turn OFF receiver.

3.Connected Dongle/Ihub, internet and satellite dish cable to receiver.

4.Powered up receiver.

5.Setup user settings after loading latest file for receiver.
-----Setup dish settings and scan satellites and save settings.
-----Set your local time.

6.Download and run Wiznet Tool and extract 1.9 from zip folder to my computer.

7.Run Wiznet Tool.
-----Click search tab.
-----see 1.9. I see IP's listed in the Wiznet Tool fields.
-----extracted 1.9 file and click open.Wait until downloading complete and close all windows with Wiznet Tool.
-----Re open Wiznet Tool and click search.
-----I see 1.9 in the version box as seen below.


8.Download latest file for MY receiver.

-----Sonicview 360 Premier.

9. Download file into receiver and rebooted when completed.

10.went into receiver menu and to ipconfig
-----Enter Ihub serial number located on top of Ihub
-----Apply and click OK
-----Rebooted after this to make sure ipconfig had been successfully applied.
-----After reboot saw a message saying " Network Adapter Connect "

11 .Reboot after this to make sure all changed had been successfully applied.
-----Have receiver on ch 200 and was patient,
----- waited 2 hours and all I get is "no service or scambled"


What sm I doing wrong. I do get channel 101 only.

please help

Looks like you did everything correct.Does your ihub have "WM" in the serial number?If it does you need to load the Jan.29 2010 fix.Let us know.

do you have ur menu settings set to sat 119 to port 1 and sat 110 to port 2 or the other way around ...depending on how ur wires are run into ur reciever or switch...

goto ipconfig and select static and put 4.2.2.1 to 6 or 8.8.8.8 in the dns ip address it worked for me

Please let us know which ihub do you have the new one with WM on your serial number or the older model, that could be your problem as everything else is done correctly.

I went ipconfig and select static and put 4.2.2.1 to 6 or 8.8.8.8 in the dns ip address it worked for me all I am getting no is channel scrambled. It is like the fix didn't load.

What I am going to try is to start all over since I know I have the right steps and see where that takes me. I will let you know if that works. Thanks everyone

Post 360 p

are you still down? try a factory reset is in your main menu. reenter your dish setting, the files will not erase I'm using the 8888 in the ipcon and is working. if it doesn't work try reseting your router and modern disconect them wait 2 minutes conected them back. that has happen to me too. some times is no the box. good luck.

I did a factory reset and that didn't help. Could it be the way my hardware setup? I have a good signal. The guide all comes in and ch 101 comes in but the rest of the channels still say "no service or scambled" just like as if I had a bad bin file. I don't know what else to try. Thanks for your help.
