 where are the channels
after you did your factory reset did you rescan your satellites ? if you do not have a high percentage signal reception ,you will not get all your channels per satellite scanned. a lot of times dish removes tp's and channels from there satellites frequency's.

Most of those channels are down on SV, some channels are working try channels between 205 and 211 they should be working.

| Sonicview is only getting like 60% of D!sh channels.
