I have SV 360 Premiere with Ihub dongle (newbie), I am receiving many channels but I am not able to get CNN, ESPN or DIY. For ESPN and DIY is shows high S/Q. For CNN I only get a high S but 0 on Q. What am i doing wrong.

you need to have a strong signal and high quality to bring in all the channels. do a factory reset and reload birds.

Thanks but I only needed to do a blind scan and picked up the missing channels they show up twice and now have strong Q/S on all of them. Any idea when we might get international channels to come in.

Deleting Sats/Duplicate channels on your Sonicview 360 Premier/Elite There are 2 ways to delete duplicate channels, one involves deleting the entire sat along with all its channels and then rescanning, the other involves deleting the individual channels (no rescan required). The first method is ideal if you have way too many duplicates to delete. The second method is good if you have just a few to remove NOTE the order is very important. Follow exactly Method #1 – Delete Entire Sat (take note of your receiver settings before you continue) Push Menu-->choose dish installation and hit OK-->hit OK again-->scroll to the sat you want to delete-->once there, delete sat by hitting green button-->confirm delete YES (don’t worry, deleting a sat will not remove it from the list of sats like on some receivers) EXIT-->Save changes YES Now go back in dish installation and re-scan the sat as you did when you set it up (do not blind scan). Once done, exit and save. Turn to channel 100/200 and let it autoroll. Your duplicates should be gone now Method #2 – Delete Individual Channels NOTE the order is very important. Follow exactly Push Menu-->choose channel edit-->scroll to your channel in the list and push the green button to delete the channel EXIT-->Save changes YES No rescanning required. I think it will take a some time before we see international channels because they are spending all the time trying to reduce the freezing and adding more DN channels. I think after they are done with that they will start adding international channels.

This info is in the Forum and if you would of taken the time and READ then you would of found this info by ur self instead of getting ,, so called spoonfed...

I deleted your other post because it will not help the other member having some one using his thread to whine about us not helping. Please be nice because as you can see we don't like whining especially when we are trying our best the help out.
