Exclamation Channel moved

Hi,
When I try to go channel 620, 651, 616 (Echostar 3) on my VS ultra, there is a message that this channel has moved, schedule your free equipment upgrade from Dish network. Please let me know what to do?

Some times the provider will change channel locations all you need to do is a factory default,setup dish settings and rescan.
