Exclamation locking out channles / blocking

I was working on editing channels list and noticed when I was locking the channels to protect for the children that if I lock one channel the lock will all channels tried many ways to fix it but not any good results. Tried even working with the channel ratings too. It was not helping any suggestions would be helpful! V E 2000

Default

Try factory default, load factory file, latest fix then channel list. It could be a memory issue as well.
