my viewsat ultra is frezeen every 10 minutes somebody knowt something?

New ECM is in effect, we are aware of the freezing and we will post new fixes once they become available.

I have total confidence that the team will come up with a fix as soon as they can. You just have to be patient and tolerant until they come up with it. That's all all of us can do. Just keep checking to see until the fix is posted.

My Viewsat Ultra has been freezing intermitantly all day ranging from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. Appreciate a quick fix.
