please help us why vs ultra can only watch a few channel? we did load new one on 5/2. anyone has the same problem

Do a factory default and rescan sat's, that should fix the problem.

freezing ....what is going on.is there an old fix that works

Did you do factory reset? That should fix the freezing for you. No there isn't an old fix that works better then the last fix posted.
