if anyone can help i would appreciate it-have a viewsat ultra lite-just got it-but i am not new to FTA-message reads no picture-no video. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I followed all of your instructions-it still says no picture no audio-do you have a plan B?

Have you scanned the channels? Did you load the last fix file?

Try different cables, RCA if you have them handy.

I scanned the channels and put in the latest fix-when u get these boxes I'm never sure if they load any files-so i loaded the latest fix and it won't work-now i'm assuming nothing else was loaded and maybe i should wipe it clean and start from the beginning-what do you think

sure go ahead and do a factory default ..then load in a new factory file then load up newest fix and reset ur settings and rescan ur birds and u should be good to go...if you need any more help just give a yell!!!
