VS Max HD shows no audio or video or searching for signal. Uploaded with latest fix and rebooted. Any thoughts? Appreciate

do you have the weather forecaster WF dongle installed ? server statice might be off air.

Do you have a bad storm in your area.This will cause signal lose.

I have a 9000HD with WF and all is normally working. But I randomly get these "no audio or video" messages. When the error occurs all channels are down.

When it has happened I normally leave the receiver on for a while and switch to something else. Usually the signal will come back and it will work. This obviously sucks if I'm watching something, but I havent found a better way.

I have turning off and back on items (receiver, WF, router, etc) but that doenst seem to fix it. Also the weather and dish seem fine when this has happened in the past.

Not sure what causes this to happen. I thought it might be happening to everyone, but maybe it doesnt.

it sounds like it is a server issue..
I'm not sure how stable the Viewsats have been...

and my guess it is happening to other Viewsat users also.

Hi, I am still getting the 'no audio or video' error. In the past it might last for a few hours and go away. But I have now had the error for about a week. Is this happening for anyone else too?

I have the 9000hd with the weather forecaster. I can give more information on which satellites I am pointed at. I have also tried restarting the receiver, wf, and router and it didn't work. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
