Still no audio or video

I followed the guide and still nothing. No audio or video. Why am I able to recieve the weather with the 318 and 322 files and still no tv with any other files.I've done a clean, factory default and loaded 318,322,614,616 then 624 and 708 with a hard reboot and WF upgrade after each file.

It maybe something in your firewall not letting your receiver to share your network.Have you tried rebooting your modem, router and receiver last to boot up?

when I do a serial setip I check network setup first and it shows DHCP and all IP info is there.then I do a network S/W upgrade and if it is 318 or 322 then I can recieve weather,But after that I load another file like 624 or 708 and then another S/W upgrade and a reboot on the reciever ,still no tv.

I just set mine up today and had the same problem. I made sure my receiver was working by going to the fta channel list to make sure I was receiving the sat signals properly after that I did another sw update then a hard reboot. After rebooting I downloaded the latest fix and put it on my usb and downloaded it to my receiver. After downloading I went to the G4 channel and it worked. Your receiver is getting the signal if when you go to your SW setup and notice under your DCHP settings that there is numbers that are just greyed out. If they are all zero's then your are not connected to the internet and have to go into your router to allow the connection to take place.
